By booking an appointment at Naye & Co, you agree to the following terms:

 

• All treatments are carried out using professional-grade products and industry-standard techniques, prioritising hygiene and client care.

• Aftercare Responsibility:

  Clients are responsible for following any aftercare advice provided. We cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect aftercare or failure to disclose relevant medical conditions.

• Client Disclosure:

  It is the client’s responsibility to inform the salon of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions (including diabetes), or concerns prior to treatment.

• Complaints:

  Any complaints must be raised in writing within 7 days of the service date and must be supported by clear photographic evidence.

  If a medical issue is claimed, a formal letter from a GP or podiatrist must be provided for further investigation.

• Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be offered if there is clear, verified evidence that a fault occurred during the service.

  Independent medical assessments may be requested before any refund is considered.

• Late Arrivals and No Shows:

  Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled.

  No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. 

• We will repair chipped/broken nails within 3 days. After this a repair fee will incure

 

Naye & Co reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these terms.
